Toke Sawit: Palm Fruit Weighing App For Collectors

| |

Paper tickets get lost, net weight is easy to miscalculate, and farmer payments become hard to trace. Toke Sawit is a mobile app for palm-oil collectors that keeps the whole job in one place: weigh fresh fruit bunches, set prices, pay farmers, send loads to the mill, and keep the receipt.

Who it is for

Toke Sawit is built for collectors who receive fresh fruit bunches from farmers every day. Enter gross weight, tare, deductions, and loose fruit. Net weight and the amount due are calculated automatically. You can keep recording when the signal is weak, then sync once the connection returns.

Features you will use every day

1. Weighing

Pick the farmer, choose the grade price, then enter gross, tare, and deductions. Net weight and the total are calculated immediately. Loose fruit can be recorded separately at its own price, and a photo of the incoming truck can be attached as proof.

2. Receipt

Each transaction has an 80 mm receipt preview. Gross, tare, deduction, net, price per kilogram, loose fruit, and the amount due are laid out clearly. Save it as a PDF or print it for the farmer.

The weighing receipt can be saved as PDF or printed.

3. Transaction history

Every weighing is stored with a transaction code, farmer name, weight, and payment status. Search by code or name, then filter by today, this week, or this month. History can also be exported so the books do not go back to a notebook.

4. Farmer records

Keep each farmer's name, phone number, and address. Pick them from the list when a truck arrives instead of typing the name again.

5. Prices by grade

Buying prices change. Set an active price per grade, such as bunches and loose fruit, with the date it takes effect. Deductions can be added when you need them.

6. Farmer payments

Record a payment against a weighing: date, farmer, amount, method, and a note. History then shows which transactions are settled and which are still open.

Payments are linked to the farmer's weighing.

7. Mill deliveries

When fruit is ready, create a delivery to the mill. Each record keeps a code, mill name, date, net weight, grade, and status. Date filters make the week's or month's loads easy to check.

8. Operating expenses

Transport, wages, and other costs stay separate from what you owe farmers. Record each expense by category, see the total, and filter by period. That is how you tell whether the day actually made money.

What you get

If you manage a farm rather than a weighing ramp, the companion app is Tani Sawit. It is for farmers: plots, harvest schedules, fertilizing, and farm finances.
