Project Web Application: Application For Application For Seed Aid

This application for seed assistance requests is useful for people who submit seed applications and do not have to come directly to the agriculture service / local government to register their farmer groups, and make it easier for the government to manage farmer group data and seed data to be shared, this application created using php 7 and bootstrap 3, the features in this application are:

1. user / actor 3 (admin, farmer group, leader)

5. CRUD (create, read, update, delete) seed data
6. CRUD (create, read, update, delete) seed category data
7. CRUD (create, read, update, delete) sub-district data
8. CRUD (create, read, update, delete) nagari / village data
9. CRUD (create, read, update, delete) farmer group data
10. Report request data
11. data report on farmer groups who have received assistance & who hasn't
